For more than 100 years, Fédérale Assurance has been the insurer of Entrepreneurs, both in their Professional and Private insurance needs. In 2023-2024, the organisation revamped its brand identity ; hence a full review of the content strategy had to be done. We helped the company, in setting up the project scope for this full revamp of their site content. Setting up this project came along with the full review of the way of working too. We initiated the revamp of the Digital Way of Working, introducing Automation processes to lean the marketing & digital projects. Finally, we also introduced the use of AI in the daily tasks of both the digital and marketing content teams.
