Our approach as been to swiftly shift from the legacy system to become as fast as possible efficient on the new environment.
In parallel, we scouted and recruited the most capable crew for the agency.
Finally, we test and learn the new way of working to enhance the deliverability of the marketing automation campaigns for the FCA brands (Fiat ; Fiat Professional; Alfa Romeo; Abarth; Jeep).
Client
The group built from the merger of FCA Automotive & PSA is now the market biggest pool of automotive brands. With brands ranging from Fiat & Opel to Alfa Romeo & Citroën.
The consortium is the perfect mix of Northern and Southern environment in its way of working.
Results
We delivered a new way of working for the newly created CRM team at the agency while continuing the launch of marketing automation campaigns including Product Launches.
In conclusion:
