Approach

Assess the AS-IS ecosystem.

We navigated through and interviewed our main stakeholders to evaluate the status of the environment. 

Based on our findings, we reviewed the existing content and how we could improve it. Considering the necessity to evolve within the frame of the existing technological structure. 


Content Evaluation.

Most of the content was well written, however few elements were not fully aligned with the SEO best practices. 
We therefore took the corrective measure to enhance the SEO scoring of the website.

To successfully deliver our scope, we had to consider the ecosystem we were working with. Technological stack was rather fixed and needs attention. However, we fixed most of the technological issues using consistent way of working.
